Born in Fukushima and raised in Miyagi. Travelled to 14 countries while studying at a national institute of technology. After graduation, worked for a major automobile manufacturer in the development and sales of vehicles for overseas markets. 2018, moved to Naruko Onsen, attracted by the caldera topography. As a member of the Regional Development Cooperative, he promoted the creation of a foundation for accepting green tourism and educational tours. Participates as a director of the ‘Naruko Moritabi Association’, a regional council involving a total of 30 organisations. In 2022, the Osaki Kodo Field Museum Train, a railway journey using the JR Riku East Line, which is under discussion for utilisation, won the ‘Railway Journey of the Year 2022’ Personal Category Award. Specialises in solving social issues through tourism utilising local resources;
